Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Baseline Philosophy
At OptiPressLab, we maintain a dedicated standard of technical execution across our WordPress optimization, cache restructuring, and script tracking setups. Because our packages correspond directly to custom technical labor and digital server configuration setups, refunds are governed by a clear, objective system matching our performance assessments.
2. Pre-Execution Cancellations and Incompatibility
We perform an initial infrastructure evaluation on your web platform before executing live server optimization or script injections. You are entitled to an immediate 100% full refund under the following conditions:
- You request a cancellation before our engineers log in or access your specified digital architectures.
- Our initial system audit determines that your website cannot be optimized due to extreme, unresolvable hosting resource limits or core theme restrictions.
3. Performance-Based Refund Standards
Our speed milestones are verified using objective, neutral industry diagnostic tools: Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix. If our configuration optimization fails to deliver a measurable acceleration in processing speed or mobile responsive breakpoint performance compared to your baseline scores, you can request:
- An intensive secondary diagnostic sweep to correct configurations at no added cost.
- A partial or full refund if core optimization milestones remain unfulfilled after the adjustment window.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refund requests will not be authorized under the following conditions once service execution has been completed:
- The client changes their mind or alters their digital project direction after optimizations have been successfully deployed.
- Performance bottlenecks occur later due to the client installing heavy new plugins, changing hosting servers, or altering core theme files after project delivery.
- The client fails to provide required access credentials or cooperatively clear third-party script blocks within 14 days of ordering.
5. Revision Framework
Each service package contains a fixed allocation of dedicated revisions (ranging from 1 to 3 adjustments depending on your selected tier). Revisions cover adjustments to custom event tag targets, script deferrals, and mobile responsive display corrections. Revision requests must be formally submitted within 14 days of project completion.
6. How to Open a Refund or Adjustment Case
